As próximas duas semanas não vão ser fáceis e há várias coisas que me preocupam: testes para fazer e para corrigir, aulas para dar, alunos difíceis de agarrar, não saber se vou continuar a ter trabalho no final do mês, nenhum tempo para coser e pensar em Bichos...Felizmente, encontrei este tesouro, oferecido pela minha irmã há uns anos. Uma boneca da Guatemala a quem os Índios Maia relatavam as suas preocupações. Colocavam-nas debaixo da almofada e, no dia seguinte, plim, as preocupações desapareciam! Já fui mais optimista mas ainda não sou totalmente pessimista...

The next couple of weeks will be hard and I have lots of things on my mind: evaluation tests to do and correct, classes to teach, tough students and hard "to catch", not knowing if I'll have this job by the end of the month, no time to sew or to thing about "Bichos"...Fortunately, I found this treasure my sister gave me some years ago. A little doll from Guatemala. The Mayan Indians used to tell her all their worries, put her under the pillow and in the next morning, plim, no more worries! I used to be more optimist but I'm not a pessimist yet...
